Bufferliquid Extract®

Improvement of line production for heated ham and shoulderham, Frankfurter sausages, Mortadella and all other heated liver and meat preparations, as well as for fresh meat preparations (e.g. fresh minced meat, fresh sausage, hamburgers).

By adding 1.5 % of Bufferliquid Extract® to the preparation, you will obtain a very stable buffered end product, with a fixed and stable final buffer value pH 6 during the further storage of your heated, prepared products.

Bufferliquid Extract® is currently the best composed product and is used for fresh and heated meat preparations all over the world.

Description

Buffer Liquid Extract® is a pure and concentrated composition of potassium and sodium lactate with pH Liquid Extract® (syrup in its existing, well-known composition).
Composition of Buffer Liquid Extract® : K + Na lactate, citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, ascorbic acid, ascorbate and aromatics + 5 different flavour enhancers.
