Daily there are 5 to 8 requests from R&D departments of global multinationals for extensive information and application for meat processing systems in pilot lines, especially for all types of heated hams, different pickle compositions for specific heated hams, advice for water and protein binders and advice for all types and sizes of fermented salamis.
