  2. Basic formula for sliceable and spreadable liver cream -easily digestible.
    • liver, salt, rice, PH Liquid Extract 6014, Buffer Phosphate 60151, fat emulsion and Gela Gelatin.

  3. Basic formula for block liver pâté, extra sliceable for slicing system.
    • 70 % meat emulsion + 30 % liver emulsion = 100 kg
